In 1997 a very special young lady was brought into my life, my granddaughter Maygan. Unfortunately due to negligence and carelessness by the doctors, and nurses at the hospital where she was born, Maygan was born with Cerebral Palsy. This disease will determine her quality of life for the rest of her life.

A law suit was launched at that time which went absolutely no where for approximately four years until it was turned over to Paul M. Mann Professional Corporation.

For the next five years Paul M. Mann gathered evidence on Maygan’s behalf, leaving no stone unturned. He not only worked diligently but with complete compassion for Maygan. He worked day and night on the case until he had in his possession every bit of evidence he needed to get Maygan the settlement she needed to provide her with daily care for the rest of her natural life. He did this without any money from us, everything was out of his own pocket.

In 2006 it finally went to court and Maygan was granted a very large settlement which will provide her with the better things in life for the rest of her life. It is only because because of the hard work, determination and devotion of Paul Mann that this astronomical settlement was reached.
