To educate is to advocate

About Sean

“The complexity of a medical malpractice case requires advocates who can educate juries and judges about the intersection of law, medicine and the facts of the case. Our role is to provide the tools so a fair judgment can be made in our client’s case.”

Sean Hayward has represented plaintiffs throughout his legal career. A graduate from Queen’s University law school, he was called to the bar in 2015. Previously he obtained a Master’s Degree in History from Queen’s University and a Bachelor Degree (Honours) in History from McGill University.

Prior to joining Paul, Sean practiced law with a prominent Toronto litigation firm.

Outside of work, Sean enjoys walking around his Toronto neighbourhood in search of coffee; taking calculated risks, cycling, rock climbing, skiing and cooking for friends.
